Fedele and Murray, P.C. represents business clients in collection matters, using a variety of methods to ensure the ultimate collection of just debts, including the use of mechanics liens, real estate attachments and the freezing of bank accounts by trustee process.

The Firm represents owners, contractors and subcontractors in contract drafting, contract disputes, collection efforts and home improvement contractor law claims.

Employment Law

Fedele and Murray, P.C. represents both employers and employees in the drafting and review of employment contracts and separation agreements. The Firm also represents businesses seeking to enforce non-competition agreements, as well as employees seeking to defend such agreements. Additionally, the Firm represents both employers and former employees in unemployment benefit hearings before the Division of Unemployment Assistance and the Board of Review.

White Collar Crime and Criminal Defense

With a background as a former public corruption prosecutor for the Massachusetts Attorney General and the State Ethics Commission, Firm partner Andrew Lawlor brings his considerable experience to bear when representing clients who are the subject of a white collar criminal investigation or prosecution.
